Complete Beginners

If you have just bought your first bike and have never ridden before, you can join us at a MX Goat Practice Day where our trainer will teach you the following:

- How to start your bike

- How to use the clutch and gears

- How to brake

The trainer will first build your confidence on the mini track before you enter the main track. Once you have mastered all of that, you will then be taught the following:

- How and when to stand

- How and when to sit for corners

- How and when to brake

- How and when to change gear

This gives you full assurance that you need to ride at MX Goat Practice Days.

Intermediate Riders

If you have been riding for a while and you feel you need that extra push in the right direction, whether it be body positioning, gearing, late braking or jumping, you can work on these techniques at MX Goat.

Gary has a vast knowledge to draw from and valuable experience at the highest level of motocross, making him one of the best trainers in the UK to help you move forward with your technique, ability and performance in your race calendar.

Expert Riders

As an expert rider yourself, you know it is the small, subtle improvements in key areas that hone your technique and take vital seconds off your lap time.

With Gary’s experience, he can read the track and find lines that aren’t immediately obvious as well as analyse your technique to fine-tune your skills.

Whether you are British Championship level or a fast club rider, Gary will work on your conditioning, line choice, cornering, speed and any other areas you think you are lacking and need further improvement. We also have new technology at our training ground to help reduce your lap times, improve power delivery around corners and look back after each lap to see where improvements can be made.
